BFD In House Dental Care Plan
Bemidji Family Dentistry offers an in house dental care plan that runs one year from the date of enrollment. With this plan you have a one time annual fee. With that fee you will
receive one free fluoride and 15% off any treatment that is needed and performed in that one year period. Most times this plan is cheaper then paying for an individual dental insurance
plan. There is no limitations or restrictions on the treatment that is covered.
